A Message from Our Founder

I’m Paul James Singh, Founder and CEO of Royalty Limo, Inc.™️ I founded the company in New Jersey in 2025 and remain its sole owner and U.S.-based team member. My name—and my responsibility—stand behind the relationships we build.

Nearly 27 years of work across information technology consulting, contracting, hospitality, sales, customer service, legal matters, and team leadership have shaped my approach: exercise sound judgment, communicate clearly, and honor the trust others place in you. At Royalty Limo, that means exceptional care for every guest and respect for every affiliate partner’s relationship.

I continue to serve private guests as their chauffeur. Time on the road keeps me close to the details that define the experience: a personal welcome, a discreet journey, and the assurance that someone is looking after your time. From Washington Township, New Jersey, I lead the company with the support of dedicated teams in India and the Philippines, who provide around-the-clock reservations, sales, technology, marketing, and dispatch support. Across my career, I have built a professional network of more than 20,000 executives, business owners, and industry colleagues. Those relationships have taught me that trust is earned through integrity, accountability, and consistent performance. My ambition is to build a company that Members and affiliate partners can rely on for years to come.

Our In-House Fleet

Our in-house fleet features a 2026 Chevrolet Suburban luxury SUV with New Jersey commercial limousine registration and insurance. We plan to add a 2027 Toyota Sienna minivan once it is acquired, registered, and insured for service.

We are Based in Washington Township, NJ which is in South Jersey, our in-house fleet serves:

  • South Jersey: Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland counties.
  • Southern Jersey Shore: Atlantic and Cape May counties.
  • Eastern Pennsylvania: Philadelphia, Center City, and surrounding communities.
  • Airport transfers: service between our coverage areas and PHL, EWR, and JFK, including pickups and drop-offs, subject to availability.

We also arrange interstate and long-distance journeys for our members and accept affiliate overflow and backup assignments across our service area, subject to availability.

Our Worldwide Fleet Capability

Through our trusted, contracted affiliate network, Royalty Limo™️ arranges executive sedans, luxury SUVs, minivans, Sprinters, stretch and heritage limousines, shuttles, limo buses, minibuses, and motor coaches across the United States and internationally, subject to local availability. Each affiliate vehicle is owned and operated by its respective transportation company. Royalty Limo remains at your point of contact for reservations, itinerary coordination, and client support. Reservations are prepaid unless otherwise agreed.

Whether you are a Private Client Member arranging your own travel or a Corporate Member arranging transportation through your organization, your time, privacy, and peace of mind matter to us. We coordinate each confirmed journey with care, communicate clearly, and work to make every guest feel personally welcomed. Reservations are prepaid unless otherwise agreed. Membership has no enrollment fee; service begins after the applicable membership agreement is signed, and payment requirements are completed.

Deep Historical Roots

Originally the Private Livery Association of New Jersey, CTANJ was formed in June 1998. The organization’s roots extend back to two original chapters: North Jersey Limousine Association (NJLA) and South Jersey Limousine Association (SJLA), which officially merged in 2007.

Legislative Advocacy & The RIDE Act

The coalition originally formed to seek fairer interstate commerce laws affecting operations in New York. The combined efforts of the organization prompted the drafting of the Real Interstate Driver’s Equity Act (The RIDE Act), which received bipartisan approval by the U.S. Congress in November 2002.

Nationwide Impact

The RIDE Act extends far beyond New Jersey to all chauffeured transportation companies throughout the country. It crucially prohibits states or political subdivisions from requiring unfair fees for providing pre-arranged ground transportation services across state lines.
